|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Staff is super friendly, great community areas and perfect for social people. Roommates are quiet and respectful. I have an ESA cat and once I got my documents signed by my doctor, no issues from the staff whatsoever. Highly recommend, and don't need to be a student to live here. Great place for a good price. Decent storage space in bedrooms and kitchen.

|Recommended: YesVery nice, always can play anything at the clubhouse and pool at any time — It is very nice, people are kind, there are events that the apartment complex does and it makes things exciting and different than others. Very chill and fun people around us.

|Recommended: YesA Great Place to Live — I looked all around Provo and Orem for good living, and nothing holds a candle to the quality of Village on the Parkway. Location is wonderful, close to the freeway if you work far away, and close to UVU. Even if you're going to BYU you can get there within 15 minutes. The shuttle service is wonderful, and the apartments are decent sized. I only have two complaints which I handled myself 1 There is only one fridge freezer shared between 6 people. For my group, that is not enough. There is also not very much space for clothes. Now I don't have an over abundance of clothes, and I still don't have enough space. Now I remedied both of these situations by buying a dresser and a mini fridge, so I really can't complain anymore. I can also say if you get in late, you may not be able to find a parking spot very close to your building, but you will always find somewhere to park.

|Recommended: YesGood Student Housing at UVU — Management is kind and maintenance is fast and professional.
But, one thing I experienced an inconvenience was laundry.
Tenants have to pay for laundry only in quarter coins. It just located in the clubhouse so there may be tenants who travel far to do laundry. I wish management change their laundry system for comfort for tenants.
Thank you for this kind review! We totally understand the frustration at needing to use change for the laundry and would love to have in unit Washer/Dryer at Village. This is definitely a wish list item we will review with the owner!
