|Recommended: YesWell kept, cheap but cool advantages. — While the inside of the apartments isn't mind blowing, it does seem pretty good. However, if you tell them that something needs fixing, for example your dishwasher, they don't seem to be that motivated to fix it. Neither do they try to contact you about it to see what it really looks like. On the bright side, they have an indoor pool and hot tub which will be nice to use in the winter.
Hi Mallory! Thank you for submitting this review - we definitely are motivated to help with items that need fixed, however there were a few units that needed AC fixed immediately this week,which pulled maintenance there first. Your work order should be addressed shortly!

|Recommended: YesVery friendly staff, comfortable living space — It's got a very home-like feel to it. Moved in and the past resident's stuff was all left behind and nothing had been cleaned, but they immediately sent workers to fix it. They got rid of the trash but the walls and counters and cupboards never got cleaned. We put a lot of work into cleaning up someone else's mess, but it doesn't make me dislike the complex. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Thank you SO MUCH Jenna for being patient during crazy move in and move out week! Student housing turns can be tricky as people move in and out so fast. We are thrilled to hear maintenance got to you quickly.

|Recommended: YesIts nice for the price — When I moved in the room was a mess and the previous tenants stuff was everywhere. Maintenance, who was there at the time, put down everything he was doing and cleaned, painted, and prepped the room for me. Other than that, no other complaints The rent is just the right price for what you get

|Recommended: YesCost efficient, welcoming, and a home away from home — Village on the Parkway really makes you feel like you comfortable. With an amazing staff, great amenities, and cozy apartments I couldn't ask for a better place to go to college.

|Recommended: YesGood cheaper student summer housing — I liked living here, though only for the summer months, I felt that the rooms were nice though small which was expected for a shared room . Maintenance was slow for one of my roommates she asked for an outlet cover at the beginning of the summer and got replaced in late July , but other than that, it was a pretty nice living environment.

|Recommended: YesVery nice place to live and well worth the price — I would tell them that village on the parkway is an incredible place to live for college students that are going to UVU or byu all the amenities are close and I felt like I had a place there and felt included in everything Thank you for the opportunity to live here

|Recommended: YesAverage Old Apartments — This place is a suitable first home for anyone just trying to take the first step into adulthood. Great for transitioning out of your parents and then slowly into your own home.
