|Recommended: YesReview — It's a good place to live. The only thing is the fact that the speed bumps aren't bumps, they're mountains. I don't understand why they have to be so tall. Even sometimes if I go over them at an angle, they still scrape the bottom of my car.
response from property -Hi Braquel! TOTALLY agree! We've asked that they speed bumps be taken out when they redo the parking lot next. :)
|Recommended: YesEthan John Thomas — The place is great with a lot of LDS people here.

|Recommended: YesI've been looking around for next semester, so I've been checking out reviews for apartments and decided to give Village on the Parkway one. I've been living here for about a year and half. The staff was super friendly and has been ever since I moved in. Parking is sweet and there is never an issue of trying to find a place. The shuttle is also really nice and takes you straight to UVU which is awesome. The apartments are really clean and well-furnished now that they've been updated over the summer. Also, maintenance has been quick to fix issues and is great at their jobs. The only thing that I can really nitpick is the exercise room. It's kind of dirty and two of the machines are broken so only one treadmill works currently. However, I think they might be fixing that soon. I might be wrong, but they were really kind and put-up signs to let us know that they were broken. The Pool and Spa are open and are pretty clean. They just painted them too.
Thank you Kimball!

|Recommended: YesVillage Review — Village on the Parkway seems like a really awesome place to live. Most of the people that I've met, either living here or working as staff, are very kind and helpful. There is plenty of parking spaces and the apartments themselves are spacious as well. Overall a good place to live and fairly affordable.
Thank you Zach!
